Refund and Returns Policy – Physical Goods

Overview

Our refund and returns policy for physical goods lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Website and graphic design services provided are not eligible for refunds. Certain printed goods such as business cards, flyers or personalised or customised items are also not eligible. We cannot re-sell these items if you send them back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only faulty or defective items can be exchanged or refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised goods such as t-shirts, business cards, other apparel and merchandise cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards/vouchers
  • Downloadable software products
  • Fast track, maintenance plan or other non-physical services

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (Your order number and name/address, or order confirmation email is usually enough).

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. You will need to obtain a tracking number when sending your item back to us.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items that have been worn.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item that is stained, contains odours (of any kind)
  • Personalised items such as custom t-shirts, other apparel that cannot be re-sold

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, except if defective or faulty.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us after emailing us first for details of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is deemed defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless in the case where we have agreed to refund your shipping costs due to a defective item. If you receive a refund, if applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (for exchanges).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. In Ireland, if the replacement item is in stock we will generally ship within 1-2 days.

A trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
