If you created an account during checkout, you can check your past orders by clicking My Account.

Sometimes we might not have inventory of certain colours/sizes (t-shirts, mugs etc) to print your designs onto and will place your order on hold while we wait for stock. We will let you know in these cases if there’s a delay expected.

Yes. If you need a specific colour, or specific design you can get in touch with us to let us know.

If you have an item of clothing (own t-shirt, shorts, pants, hoody, etc) and require a design printed get in touch and we can arrange this. Costs for own garment printing can be higher than regular in stock items. You accept the risk that your garment may be damaged or lost. Ómra Creative reserves the right to refuse or reject a request for custom printing in certain scenarios (e.g.: if the requested design is offensive, or the material is not compatible with our heat press). Typically you will need to send your item to us, and cover the return shipping.

Delivery

Items are shipped with An Post within Ireland. Outside of Ireland, An Post will hand over to your local carrier.

For in stock items, generally within 1-2 working days (Ireland). Shipping to UK, EU or Rest of World can take longer.

For backordered items (if we don’t have your size, or colour) we’ll email you with an estimate, but generally these can take longer, around 7-10 working days (Ireland).

Please contact us and we will be happy to look into your order. Please see the guidelines below about Tracked vs Standard shipping. We can only investigate items that have been purchased and sent by Tracked shipping.

For T-Shirts, mugs or bulky orders, these items are shipped with tracked shipping. For stickers, you can opt for standard shipping which is lower cost, but not tracked. We cannot be held responsible for items that have not arrived unless you have chosen tracked shipping.

Standard shipping for T-Shirts, Mugs is available on request, but you (the customer) must assume the risk, and if your item does not arrive there are no refunds or replacements. Tracked shipping is not much more expensive than standard so it is highly recommended that you use tracked shipping.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy for physical goods lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Website and graphic design services provided are not eligible for refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only faulty or defective items can be exchanged or refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised goods such as t-shirts, business cards, other apparel and merchandise cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards/vouchers
  • Downloadable software products
  • Fast track, maintenance plan or other non-physical services

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, if applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first. You will need to cover the cost of returning your item in most cases, and a re-stocking fee may apply.

Yes. You can access your site and make changes if you feel comfortable doing so. If not, consider a maintenance plan and let Ómra Creative update your site and keep it running smoothly for you.

We have website uptime monitoring in place so chances are, we’re aware and already working on it but if you are seeing issues with your website, simply get in touch via the ‘Contact‘ button above, or send a message to the Ómra Creative Whatsapp or Facebook messenger account. Any issues will be investigated quickly.

Our service offers print design, which is great if you have a printer in mind or want us to print your items for you.

Ómra Creative also offers design-only services and can help with your business card or flyer designs, to get them ready for a printer.

Printing costs must be paid up front. Please allow around 7-10 working days for receipt of printed items.

Yes! Social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X) design services are available.

‘Ómra’ is the Irish word for ‘Amber’. Since Ómra is an Irish business based in the south-east of Ireland – blessed with lots of golden sunshine – it felt like a fitting name.

While Ómra Creative the brand is new for 2024, we have been in the web and creative design industry for over 15 years.

We have previously been known as Wexford Graphic Design and developed many websites since the mid-late 2000’s.

Your website remains online for 12 months from when it’s built.

There are costs incurred by Ómra Creative annually to maintain webspace, renew your domain name, general maintenance and security patches need to be applied.

You will receive a renewal reminder in advance of your 12th month, with details on renewal pricing. The fee to renew is a small fee.

The initial costs of the website design are the most significant. There is a smaller annual renewal fee every 12 months, for as long as you would like to keep your website online. This fee is to cover your recurring domain name, hosting and some maintenance costs that Ómra incurs.

You can make payment for design services in two ways:

  • Bank transfer (SEPA)
  • Revolut transfer
  • PayPal (may incur additional fees)
  • Visa, Mastercard

Coming later:

  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Klarna (Spread the cost, Pay Later)

This is called Search Engine Optimisation, or SEO for short. Ómra Creative optimises your website for Google and other search engines, in a number of ways:

  • Ensuring the right keywords are included so your website appears in a search
  • Making sure that your website loads as fast as possible, this is favourable to a higher search ranking
  • Producing high quality content for your website, this is to make your website more relevant

Unfortunately, there are no guarantees in life and with SEO the same principle applies. Your website may be number one, or it might only reach the top 10, or top 100. There are many factors involved in search ranking, such as the number of competitors you have, how much they spend on SEO or advertising, etc.

Not currently – the new ‘Grow Digital’ vouchers from the Local enterprise office can only be used with subscription services – but please contact us for the latest information as this may have changed and we may still be able to assist you. It’s worth noting that our pricing for services is set with this in mind. Ómra Creative is very competitive when it comes to pricing for packages and do not charge as much as some of the bigger agencies around, this means vouchers are not needed. 

Yes. If you’re taking more than one service, discounts may be offered. To know more, simply get in touch to discuss your package.

Don’t worry. There are no pushy sales tactics here. We’re happy to have a chat with you about your needs. If our service or pricing isn’t right for you (or for us) we’ll let you know. We’ll even recommend other agencies that might be a better fit for you.

Yes, a small deposit is required before any work commences. This is generally around €300-500 for small business website design, wedding design and online store packages. For the Pro business package, there is an increased deposit required of €1000. This secures your domain name and the website design work can begin.

We incur costs and spend time setting up any new website, so this is why a deposit is required.

This deposit is non-refundable, so please only proceed if you are sure that you need a website.

Prices are up to date as of January 2024. Prices are intended to be guide prices and the price you actually pay might be slightly higher or lower depending on what you need and any discounts that might apply.

Other design agencies don’t usually display their prices, Ómra Creative believes in being transparent with pricing and setting pricing that is fair and competitive.

Yes an invoice receipt will be provided. As we are a small business, we are below the threshold for VAT and as a result, there will be no VAT due on your invoice.
